"Processing Time"

Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

"Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates"

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive delivery estimates.

"Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking"

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

"Customs, Duties, and Taxes"

EZ Catcher Apparel by Carter Creationz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the customer's responsibility.

"Damages"

EZ Catcher Apparel by Carter Creationz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. In the event that you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please make sure to save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

"International Shipping Policy"

We currently ship to the United States and select international countries. Shipping charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. It's important to note that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees and delays.
